Accessibility and Connectivity Criteria for Assessing Walkability: An Application in Qazvin, Iran

Distance is a recognized key determinant of walking. Pedestrians tend to choose the shortest route between two points. Accessibility was calculated through Angular Segment Analysis Metric (ASAMeD), measure integration and choice strongly correlated with pedestrian movement pattern.
